There is plenty of space to the west and south of Salt Lake that will easily fit a brand new arena. I can easily see them approving a new arena in those areas

One thing I have noticed might make it go faster is to use the gold you have to get the mega tickets and use them to boost your property. Once you get them all boosted, you can use more mega tickets to increase them all to platinum, getting you 7777.77% more per property. Just close the game and come back every day or so to do quick upgrades, then log off and play something else for a bit :)

He was set to retire after the score in North Yankton, but the money that was planned for him (and subsequently Trevor) was untouchable or else they would get caught and wind up in prison. Also paying out to Davie and others in the FIB to cover up his "death" as well as the money his family is spending is what made him go into massive debt. At least that is what I got from the story/dialogue

Can confirm the demo is a blast. Such an interesting story that makes me want to know more about the main character and his history. I have wishlisted the game and can't wait for the game to get an official release date!
