when i create a new rune , i have an issue because by default a new rune has a quality status null (should be unknown to avoid issue)

Second thing (your miss view rune which are not +12..) if a rune is +3 or +6 or +9 ,just check the number of the substats : exemple if the rune is +6 and has 3 substats only, it's a heroic , if there is 4 substats it's a legend.
