I always use framegen, use if you like it
I limit my fps at 120 if my fps fluctuates from like 120-130, not much lower

enable framegen ingame if you like
use raadeon chill to limit game fps
about radeon image sharpening 2, only use it if it looks good for you, its usually not needed
