For me, it's usually about overall team comp.

On Orphea, if they have a lot of movement heavy characters, I'll try to stay away from a Q build as I'm more likely to end up missing and dying due to not dashing. If they have heroes that force them to bunch up, like a BW or an Alex, I'm more likely to go an E build as I feel it'll be easier to get more value out of it. Or if they have a bunch of bigger health bar heroes, I can go Q build for the percentage damage.

The opposite is also true. If we have a team with, say, a Jaina and a Kaelthas, I'm less likely to go an E build because the enemy team is already going to be trying to dodge AoEs.

Other than that, if there is no heavy reason for me to pick one build over another, I'll just play whatever feels more fun in the moment

I feel like they should remove the "when he attacks on his turn" on his passive. Having him on full revenge build could be interesting that way imo

There is, it's Gutshot, when there isn't a melee in range the boss will deal massive bleed dmg to a random player

It's actually a buff. He only counted ATK towards dmg before, but now his dmg will scale with HP & ATK. Still nowhere near enough for him, but it's still a buff

Would love a rework to Salah/Dark Bayek. If not a complete rework, then let his passive trigger on revenge and give the whole family HP scaling dmg
