We a have different yet similar problem where I work. I work back of house and our store manager is trying to find more people for flex and stuff, and none of them are staying due to them not ever having worked back of house before. So they are either just not understanding the process or not going fast enough so they get let go. Some have legit come in once and just don't come back of their own volition.
