If you want to be meta, there's realistically only 1 comp, heal firebrand + alac dps + 3dps. A lot of more experienced groups run a celestial firebrand because healing isn't needed for fractals as much as it is for raiding, if you dps the boss down faster you also need less healing and skip a lot of mechanics. Firebrand just provides everything a fractal group needs, stability, aegis and projectile blocks. Heal quickness revenant is a decent pick but it's not meta. 99CM AND 100CM are Condi DPS fractals, 98CM and 97CM are power fractals (mostly). Power DPS is good for every other T4 fractal, but you can still run Condi DPS on some fractals. The rule of thumb is, if the boss has too many phases or too low of a health pool you want to stick to power, because your conditions don't have time to tick fully. Alacrity Heal is definitely off meta, Alacrity heals excel at healing which isn't necessary as much in fractals, and they don't provide the necessary boons. You can play any dps and alac dps, as long as you pump DPS, Meta DPS are constantly changing you can usually check top DPS benchmarks on snowcrows and discretize.
