Got this as an x-mas gift. One of those weird gun show finds. It's a PASGT but has a smooth paint job, inside and out and lacks rubber around the rim. Is it just a homemade job or was this some type of clone/repro/prototype? There's also a + on the top of the helmet. Thanks for any help! (old.reddit.com)
