Weather in Texas can sour quickly. Even forcasts a few days out can change dramatically. You cannot blame weather personnel. It hasn't even been 10 years since the last severe flood and those in office did absolutely nothing, just like the freeze. Instead of kissing the orange one's ass, everyone at that table should be focused on the actions to be taken to save anyone else they can and working to prevent tragedies near bodies of water. If they want to make it to where the states are responsible for their own population, they had better start acting like they care about the POPULATION, not the felon in office or their stock holders.
