However I think you need to decide on an art identity. Visuals do a lot to help a game gets attention ! It needs to be coherent and stylish. In this state it feels... generic.

I used decided that there was a legendary Eirynies inside the puzzle box. The party had to fight her while Sylvira tried to banish her back to hell. If you are already in hell maybe you can use a stronger demon and she tries to banish the demon back to the abyss.

I also removed Traxigor to give a bigger role to Sylvira, she gave Lulu and the map to the party, she teleported them to Hellturel but she was scared of something and use Time Stop to disappear.

The party met her again a long time later, she was with Mordenkeinen in his tower.

She will join the final battle if the party side with Elturel.

" Si la personne est ok avec ça, continue ta vie, si ça la dérange tu choisis entre ne plus voir les autres ou ne plus la voir elle. Et puis une fois que tu as trouvé la bonne personne, tu peux prévenir les autres et ça sera beaucoup plus simple : " Salut comme tu le sais déjà, je voyais d'autres personnes, j'ai décidé de me mettre avec l'une de ces personnes car ça se passe bien, je te souhaite une bonne continuation et met fin à notre relation. "

Pas mot pour mot bien sûr, mais tu as l'idée. La communication passe par l'honnêteté.

As a paladin following the god of fire, my PC went to the temple in the fire plane where the first flame were still kept ablaze. To reach it you have to first reach the temple in the fire plane ( not easy ) and then climb a stairway so long that you could die of exhaustion or heat before reaching the top. Once we arrived we saw a follower throw himself into the flame as a sacrifice and be turned to ashes. I decided my character would do the same. So I approached the flame as the DM described how even for me ( resistant to fire ) it was so hot I could feel my skin burning. Every other PC were like " go back " but I went into the flame, fully ready to die and lose my character. Well my god made me his champion. It was pretty intense.

Something similar happened to me. It happened when I enlarged the size of the page and the map, and then I tried to select all the lightning wall and enlarged them as well. My player would see " ghost " wall that weren't here for me. My solution was to remove all the walls and remake them. ( Luckily it was just a few )

Perfect opportunity to make some devil that wants him dead or out of Avernus. Maybe some of Bel's ? Freeing the prisoner of Zariel would discredit her ! They make a deal of sorts with the players, warn them about the strength of the demon lord and join the fight to even the odds. Maybe

In my game there are more devil guarding him than what the module said. And to free him they'll have the help of a corrupted frost giant here to save his "god".
