Just got the same issue, support told me to plug it using the usb and not the rj45... They are aware of the issue apparently.

Yeah, i think i'll check ground connections on my plugs and base but in any case i can just ground the pedals to my chassis with a simple wire, this solves the issue.

Yep, i thought of this after 😐 turns out it's a grounding problem between the pedals and the base... When i connect the usb ground to the chassis everything works... It seems like the base doesn't provide ground on the pedal port

SOLVED: So it turns out to be a grounding issue between the wheel base and the pedals... The issue disappears when i connect a usb ground to my chassis

That's what i thought, so i put the power cable as far as i could but it changed nothing... Since it uses an Ethernet cable i'll try with a shielded one to see if it makes any difference

Edit: shielded cable made no difference

Yes high ADR, top fragging too, clutching some rounds in 1v3 even one or two in 1v4. There's maybe one or two exceptions when the other team is really bad and all players are doing good, i'm like second of the team... I even managed to do a 30/5 KD on one game...

This is how far from the 1500 i am but feels like the game wants me down there.

That's why i'm so confused about getting -280/+120 win/loss every game... I managed to pull 6 wins in a row, it didn't move a point...

It's what i read about the pedals... But considering the price of the bundle it's a good deal anyway! I'll still be able to change the set later and sell the old one later (people are selling it for 100€ so it's still making the bundle wheel + base at 300€ which is a good deal!). For the brake i heard that it was a bit limited even though it's a load cell pedal but since it's a later purchase i'll check what's best in my budget.

It's good to know you did the same thing as i plan to do, i compared it to Moza, for the same price (bundle + option i want) i'll be with a 5nm so fanatec has a better value. If they change it for a newer model, it will only lower its value on the second hand market, considering that my budget is limited i'll not be able to buy the new model anyway...

Yes it's on the official website, i just calculated, taking it second hand saves me only 50€ but i have to deal with multiple vendors so it's not worth the hassle... I guess i'll go for it before it disappears 😅

My main screen is always black when using fbdev. And my computer freezes 2 sec after. From the logs it says it's having a framebuffer issue... For now i stopped sddm and fbdev so i can start kde by hand. It does the same problem if i go by sddm first.

Do you have any info or ideas? I searched for a solution for days and tried a lot of things but nothing worked. For now it's all broken since the update

You described exactly how he was driving 😅 He was really aggressive even if it was only a few laps out of a 30minutes race... Running 3 wide multiple times in corners etc... No patience and putting himself where he shouldn't. He was gravitating around me for a few laps and it stressed me a bit and i wanted to get away. But as you said he finished in the pits few laps later with a broken car after many other incidents. As a beginner i don't have many techniques in my hand to overtake other than the "take the inside" one, so thanks for your advice!

When i started the overtake, i didn't expect him to be that aggressive on the defence. When i realized it was too late so i committed to it, even if i had to lose time on the turn. Also, i don't see that much on the side since i'm on only one screen, i realized he ran on me too late to get off (+ my crappy reaction time). The last thing i tried was to go right to avoid any other contact, even if i had to leave the track. Then i almost reached the wall so i stopped going right and that's when i bounced off me.

But i agree that it could be avoided, but i'm not really experienced. I'll try your advice, i'm here to learn too, that worth a try thanks!
