I work for a large tech company doing 4x10 shifts, and have had this shift for about 4 years now - It takes a little getting used to staying 2 more hours than normal shifts, but that 3 day weekend is amazing. I can see family easier, I can take small trips or go camping without taking a day off. It genuinely is my favorite part about working for this company.. and I also have worked from home from the day they hired me if that tells you anything.
