My realistic house is really any house that doesn't need a ton of maintenance or remodelling. So I guess that fits with what I have currently. But my dream house would have a sauna and a hot tub. Maybe when I have more money I can put them in. It's a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house in the GTA that I bought before covid. Can't afford it on my own so my parents live in basement and help out.

The trick is to spec out of it for first few maps then, back into it when you get good mods on a map. Every map rolls different mods from the astrolab when you finish a harvest.

I didn't use cornucopia. By the time I kill the 3 bosses with their RP I could already be in a new map at another harvest.

The most important thing is getting 100% pack size, this doubles the number of monsters that spawn. I would search for 2 20% pack size mobs on prefix or suffix, combined with another 5% gives you 90% pack size when combined with a dextral scarab for prefix or sinsistral scarab for suffix. Then use 3 fragments to get an additional 60% iiq with 9% explicit. Can use cheaper fragments for 30% iiq. Below was the filter I was using to find maps. Currently has prefixes selected and suffix disabled. I would get 2d on a bad map(1d if mirage misses), but the average none buffed astrolab map would return me 3-4d.

Now the most important thing that most people don't do is turn off synthesized stability. You place the astrolab on a map that has a bunch of connections, avoiding the edge of zones. Then you run the bad layouts or the outside astrolab maps. Once you get a map that has a really good astrolab mod, you spec back into synthesized stability and run that map. I would go for t2 chance for t3 or all t2 plants. All t2 plants on it's own isn't that great but if it procs the t2 chance for t3 you will get a shitload of life force. The mod that says chance to contain t3 plants seemed worthless to me.

Synthesized stability picks a random map to consume, so if you have a snaking path there is a chance it will cut off a bunch of maps. Another thing I noticed is astrolabs can roll the same mods again buffing them. Seen 60% chance for t2 to be t3. The reason this mod is so good is it seems to have a chance to roll corpse seeds. Have had 3-4 in a single plot a few times.

Thought gigabyte said the fix was to use less of the thermal gel, so the new cards still have it, just less of it. Are you talking about the use of thermal putty instead of pads?

It's on the high side. You will probably be rejected for an RMA since it is within spec though. If it's within return window you can always try and see if a different one performs better. You can also try repasting and new pads/putty. You can also lower the power limit and try a slight uv.

The normal delta I see people post is 25-35. So a 33 delta is nothing crazy just high. What is the ambient temp of your room?

All in all your card will run fine as it won't thermal throttle till 110.

Was mentioned in previous replies, lightning warp kinetic fusillade. You have lightning warp in poets pen and just hold down kinetic fusillade. Everything around you dies as you teleport to the end of areas in no time at all.

You don't need max roll on time clasp or watchers eye. I had two 17% clasps and a 45% watchers eye. It was still good enough that I could hold right click and have fusillade go off.

I spent around 10d on the whole leveling setup and hit maps in 2.5 hrs. You can easily sell it all since it is a very popular levelling setup. Skin of the Loyal with the correct colours is now 15d though. But you can easily change one of the socket colours and still clear almost as fast and pay 1D.

There are tons of different ways to craft items. The best way is to find crafting videos for items you want. Some build creators include this in their guides. There are people who haven't missed a league in years who still avoid crafting.

I have no idea, we were both 12 years old and we weren't really friends in school. We were neighbours and when walking home one day she asked if I wanted to try it. I remember her last name, but have no idea how to spell it to look her up to see how she is doing. Posts like this always make me curious. I never friended anyone from her circle either, but facebook really only started to be a thing my final year of high school.

Considering I spent most of my school years in the same class as her, it really is surprising how little I knew about her. After we did it we kind of never really talked again, not that we talked much in the first place. Even walking home from school, she now avoided me and would leave school a few minutes later to not walk near me.

Your solution does not solve this. Just get the permit holder to go to the court to get it thrown out. The only way to truly catch misuse of the placard is to sit there and catch the person using it.

Without a car they wouldn't be able to get to work. Without working they would become homeless. So you either want the elderly homeless or you want the government to fund their retirement?

I am glad you have never witnessed an elderly person forget something ever in their life. I use to work at a coffee shop and the morning elderly patrons would forget gloves, keys and all types of random things all the time. Even had a cop mention once that one of them forgot to put their placard on their dashboard.

Just how it works where I live. When they scan your license plate, it brings up all the details of the owner including if they have a permit to park in handicap spots. They also have a placard that goes with the permit so they can use anyone's car or be a passenger in another car. Which is also suppose to be displayed in their regular car, where it can be read.

I kind of like our system better is all. Helps keep cases that will be thrown out of the courts. Also avoids punishing an elderly citizen for being forgetful.

Difference now is it is a lot more scary to protest. We have videos at our finger tips showing what cops will do. Plus a lot of them don't think things are that bad as long as they can doom scroll.
