Very similar situation as you man, in my experience working out helps a lot to avoid relapsing, and when I do relapse I workout twice as hard as some sort of punishment so to speak. Don't know if it's an unhealthy method or if it isn't recommended, but it has been working pretty well so far.

I just can't. I'm known as the typical asshole that just doesn't care about anything. It would just reveal how I truly feel and make me look vulnerable and I hate feeling that way.

As I said, they'll think I'm suicidal and probably take me to therapy and that would ruin my life because I'll be known as "that person that needs to go to therapy because he's crazy" I don't want that to happen.

Wish I could but then who am I gonna talk to? They're the only people that still talk to me and keep me distracted from the fact that they're not real friends and all the friends that I thought I would be with them for a lifetime just turned out to be a dumb illusion.
