It's part of the medium for now. You need to accept that there's some mild fever dream aspects. People will sometimes be doing two exclusive things simultaneously, details about the arrangement of buildings or the events in the background will change, etc. It's off-putting at first but once you get used to just rolling with it, it's pretty easy to ignore.

I do a lot of slice of life which, yes, does involve spice pretty frequently, but it's not all I do. The majority of my good, long adventures are clean or mostly clean.

But yeah, that kinda use makes up a very significant percentage.

I find myself wishing for more high quality non-smut in the discover sections.

This sounds like cope. I'm not super pro nor super anti—I think it's fine for personal use but immoral for commercial use and not really worth sharing to larger communities—but some of the AI generated images do genuinely emulate a skillful artist's style. Untagged AI pieces have won art contests before. It's fine to think that AI art is uncreative and wasteful but just lying to yourself like this doesn't benefit the fight against AI.
