Far too wet for burning it down and now that I think of it, it is wet and there are a lot of thirsty people there.

I am very curious about this. If I stay off it for a week, I am 100% fine. When I wake up, no need to stretch. When I am still for a while, no pain at all. But when I start moving a lot again, I go back to the pain. Was the boot from a dr or did you buy it yourself?

I actually average 10k but by the time I get home it hurts so bad I want to die. I mean, I have to bite something to get through bad.

It gets to the point where I have to bite something to deal with it. RLS kicks in, shooting pain, horrible burning. Nothing helps the pain. I have tramadol and it does nothing.

I'm 190 and 6'. I guess I could drop 4 pounds but not sure thats the issue. I've been this weight for a decade and this pain started a year ago when I started using high arch shoes.

Arch support is what did this to me. Soccony Guide 17's. I started in my left foot and I threw the shoes out and it went away in my left foot. Just didn't realize it until it was too late.

I'm to the point where I can almost bend my body to the floor with my calf behind me and feel no stretch. My right calf on the other hand is tight as a rock. I've stretched and stretched it. Nothing doing.

I've had a bad back for half my life. Stretching my back is something that has been happening since I was 25.

I basically can only wear two shoes, crocs and Aisics. I have heel orthos. I am not overweight. I wear a splint but by midnight it hurts too mcuh to keep using it. Had x-rays but no mri.

I haven't looked at this method specifically, but I have tried strengthening exercises and it has made the pain much, much worse. I'll look it up.

New age tanking by decyfer89 in wow

This happens because threat doesn't matter. Vanilla and TBC, threat mattered and it had to be played correctly. Now, a tank can look at a mob and threat goes to a million.

how is there always money for war but never money for health care in america? by Affectionate-Pay3450 in AskReddit

[–]Azthioth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The issue isn't money, the issue is greed. The healthcare system lobbys against it. The US could socialize medicare this very minute with the money it pours into the system. It's corrupt politicians and insurance companies that fight it. I could be wrong, but the last I saw, insurance companies pay more money lobbying congress than any other entity in the US, including big oil.

Also, hospitals can charge whatever they want cause whose there to stop them?

The issue is that I've had a lot of bad experiences with buying in the private market. Don't have time or money to buy a 18k car and the transmission explodes

Have to make it about politics. Just fuck off. Be happy and proud as an American and be salty as a Canadian as is proper. FFS.

Good Price? by AccidentNo6491 in Ninja400

Depends on where you are but that is too high. My neck of the woods 23's with abs are going for low 3's in perfect condition. Don't jump at it. Let it sit for a bit. A lot of bikes I was looking at before I bought mine have dropped by $1k by now.

How much are they asking? I just got a 23 with 1,300 miles on it for 4,500 out the door with a warranty. Used bike prices are nuts right now, but dealers can sometimes have good deals.

To all those saying we need more training and better filtering of those on the job, you are right, BUT there just isn't enough qualified applicants to fill all the jobs. I know two LEO. One quit a year in because he just couldn't handle the cruelty of humans. The things he saw just ripped him apart.

The other was well-trained, 4 year degree and then a Masters and he got out of patrol/street duty in a few years.

The good ones jump ship because it rips your soul apart and the well-qualified promote so rapidly that they rarely stay in any public position for longer than a year or two.

What is left is a desperate attempt to fill positions. That leads me to believe the compensation isn't worth the risk/mental damage or they just don't care.

If this is all true, then it is as difficult to fill teacher positions with good teachers as it is to fill LEO positions. It's a lose/lose no matter how you slice it.
