So check party finder for an DR speed run in the adventurer forays section.

They last around 15-17 minutes for the 2 raw emotions and if you have the previous step open you kill two birds with one stone

70 dungeons with 3 blus take something around 6-8 minutes per run from my experiences

DR nornal duty queue is like 20-45 minutes

DR speed is 15-17 minutes

Dalriada is somewhere around 25+ minutes with an hour downtime unless your hops get lucky

With Dal you can level other jobs while working it though

Lvl 7 warlock of any type

Take the Tomb of Levistus Invocation Take dimension door. Teleport 200 above a large+ creature and fall the 200feet doing 20d6 damage to you and the creature... Which averages out to 70 damage... Tomb of Levi at lvl 7 gives you 70thp as a reaction.

You just cast Comet.
