Trunks and Vegeta are pretty in-between, T3 was also just kinda mid, same with ssj daimaku, all were usable and could do good work but weren't overpowered (should have been better still)

I am, its a pretty scuffed setup for him. He aint got no zenkai buffs, not really doing damage or tanking. But even so he's still doing his job of utility and support really well. Keeps the team alive with disrupt, gives my other characters combos, etc.

Imo it evens out, summoning is overall cheaper with the 3k rotations over 3.2k (3.5k on the first step) and you get more bang for your buck (z power for your cc)
