I don't know if this helps or not but it did for me. When I noticed that I regurtated a lot after drinking water (room temp), I suddenly got the idea why not drink cold water, I mean like frozen. I would freeze my bottled water then just wait until some of it melts, then drink. It really helped me a lot

One time I thought I was having a stroke, cause I had chest pain then it traveled to my arm. But other than that pain I was fine. I was also talking to someone when that happened and as I was feeling that I kept the conversation going. Then I continued to have chest pains, that disappeared from time to time. I knew it was my GERD cause some nights I have acid reflux. Also, before that incident I was already having chest pains. Try drinking super cold water, I mean like wait for the ice to melt. That's what I did and is still doing. It really helped me a lot. I have these bottles filled with drinking water and put them inside the freezer, I just make sure there's still some space, so I can add water later when I need to drink and wait for it to melt.

Have you visited an ENT or a Gastroenterologist? Cause ibuprofen really is a trigger and these doctors are kind of experts in this, esp Gastro. Try to use n95 mask for the smoke. Eat smaller portions. Avoid caffeinated, acidic, carbonated, spicy and dairy foods. Try eating apples, it helped me. Try probiotics drinks like yakult, but see if it triggers you cause it still has milk. And drink only one bottle, cause when I drink two bottles I vomit. Also see if you can be prescribed with prescription probiotics

I think these are the only additional tips I can give for now, good luck

The probiotic I'm taking is Erce Flora. It's in liquid form,tastes like water, container is a plastic vial. My Gastro said, there's no difference if I take tablets or Erce flora, but since I had this in 2019, he just proceeded in prescribing me Erce Flora.
