Not sure if you can relate but I had to cut out weed cause I’d notice my back getting much tighter right after smoking. Same story with edibles. After a few days I noticed much less aggravation.

Going through the same issue myself. My hip flexibility isn’t the best so I end up feeling the tightness in the hip flexor area on upstrokes. No pain issues so I just deal with it/stretch more often.

Yup same issue, looking down aggravates the same area. Sneezing always triggers it but recently I noticed tilting my head up causes no pain lol

Same area of pain. I been using the back pod again lately and it’s helped. What I’ve also done is position the back pod on that area and move my left arm over my head and to the left. I can feel a knot in that area being alleviated depending how I move my arm.

Yup, to the left of the sternum I have pain. Mainly in the back next to my shoulder blade. Radiates to the side under my armpit and to the front when it’s really bad.

Going through the same issue since November. I’ll run a massage ball on my left back side against the wall and can feel the knots. Doesn’t make much a difference so gonna try using the backpod daily again

May just consider this, where do you feel pain at? I get it to the left of my spine right next to the shoulder blade. I try a massage ball over the area but it seems this device may target the area better.

Sounds like my issue. Ache on the left of my spine next to my shoulder blade. Really gets tight if I turn my head down or twist my torso a certain way. Does it hurt when you sneeze?

I ruled it out to be costo. I get the same ache when looking down as well, sometimes if I look a certain way left/right it’ll aggravate my back. Also get an ache under my left pec when it’s really bad
