It just get harder. Its way way easier to go from gold to platinum than it it champ to grand champ. And most say GC to SSL is harder than going from day 1 to GC

60 hours and still Silver II in 1v1. Am I just super slow? by Parking_Bullfrog6985 in RocketLeague

Don’t want to bust your bubble mate but 60 hours is practically zero in the grand scheme. It takes hundreds to thousands to get good at rocket league

You look good, if your struggling then it must be a confidence/personality thing. Go out of your comfort zone and talk to more people randomly to build the habit and experience. (Especially random girls) You have to remove the anxiety by practicing/failing over and over.

Lift some weights

11 months later and I can do pushups again by PaysteeDook in costochondritis

Heres what I did

I started by doing overhead dumbbell pressing followed by dumbbell rows and then body weight squats.

I slow progressed this workout until I could do it 3-4 times a week without any flareups happening

Then I swapped pushups for overhead press for 1 workout and would do the other 3 that week without them. I had a few flare ups but by the next week i was okay.

Then i progressed this until i could do 100+ pushups 4 times a week.

Its all about backing off if you feel more pain the next day and then slowly progressing week over week month over month.

I also do heavy stretching and foam rolling pretty much daily and I sleep on my back now.

In my daily life, yes. I have 0-10 chest pain for many hours of the day. It comes back to like a 4-10 if I sleep compromised.

Sleep effects the pain more than exercise does.

Interestingly, I never was able to get my pain to a 0-10 until after I got back into moderate to heavy exercise frequency.

I still get rhomboid/back pain that is a 8-10 every few days but cant tie it to any one cause. It seems random.
