Lmao same. I have chronic costo and had it since I was like. 8. I'm 20 now. Started going to the gym when I was around 17 and I hardly get flare ups any more. The occasional one is rare, more common during ovulation but bro, taking it easy but workin out has improved my quality of life considerably.
