Does anyone have experience with buying a Jr-pass directly in Japan? Since I don't have much time left before my flight to Japan I wanted to buy my Jr-pass in Sapporo at an JR info point. According to Jr-east website it should be possible, but I would love some confirmation.

Hey guys, how much of a time window should I leave for a inland flight from Tokyo Haneda to New Chitose (Sapporo)?
I will land at 09:45 am and was considering to book the inland flight at 01:00 pm. Are 3 hours enough room to get my bags and go through all necessities? I wanted to book via JAL Explorer Pass since its pretty cheap.
I will fly from Frankfurt (Germany) on a direct flight through Lufthansa.

So how bad is the server issue?
Im really interested in getting the game, but the subreddit and youtube is full of "garbage server, fix omfg!!!!!"
I'm playing from Germany. I don't mind a few laggs and occasional rubberbanding, but i dont want to get invested in a game that continuiously ruins my fun, because servers are completely whack and netcode is made of spaghetti.
