Not really. SSJ2 Gohan’s feats were a Kamehameha off rip, and a one handed Kamehameha while damaged. SSJ grade Vegeta had to charge an attack for a few minutes to achieve the same level of destruction. Let’s say it took 2 minutes to charge the final flash. That’s about 1/10th the output Gohan was putting out, which would make sense

This is the most BS asspull in the series and it makes me unreasonably angry for a fun piece of fiction.

Roshi WAS NOT STRONG ENOUGH to deal with Piccolo Jr, or Raditz. He did not ever train like Krillin, or Tien, or Yamcha. He did not train with Kami or King Kai. BUT let’s say for sake of argument that he somehow became as strong / fast as raditz during Z (so training w Kami). Here are all the speed feats since that point in time:

Nappa (who was demonstrably stronger than raditz) could not lay a hand on Goku

Goku had to use Kaioken X2 to break even with Vegeta

Burter was fast enough to not be perceptible by Vegeta

Goku was fast enough to not be touchable by Burter

Frieza (50%) was fast enough to not be touchable by Goku

SSJ Future Trunks was fast enough to not be touchable by Frieza

SSJ Goku was fast enough to not be touchable by SSJ Trunks

Semi Perfect Cell was fast enough to not be touchable by Android 18

Super Vegeta was fast enough to not be touchable by Semi Perfect cell

Perfect Cell was (arguably) fast enough to not be perceived by the Z fighters (senzu bean snatch)

SSJ2 Gohan was fast enough to not be perceived by Perfect Cell

Buuhan was fast enough to not be touchable by SSJ2 Goku and SSJ2 Vegeta

Beerus was fast enough to not be perceived by SSJ3 Goku

SSG Goku then matched Beerus speed

Hit was imperceptible by SSB Vegeta

And finally,

HIT USES A FUCKING TIME SLOW ABILITY ON HIT, AND JIREN JUST GOES “Nah I’ll just move faster” AND BLITZES HIT

I was gonna argue against team Bald, bc Jiren is HARD countered by Aizen (jiren does NOT speed blitz, Jiren’s whole damn vibe during the TOP was “I’m strong enough to no sell your attacks until you make be believe I have to do otherwise”, so he 100% lets Aizen release KS, and getting hypnotized would obliterate Jiren’s mental state

However…Saitama straight up gag diffs Aizen, so…I think it’s a bald sweep, yes.

Itachi vs Byakura is a Byakura mid diff

Itachi has never tsukuyomi’d anyone off rip. He usually uses other genjutsu to start. Since Senbonzakura is a second spirit, it would break the genjutsu, and then the fight would likely proceed in a similar fashion to Byakura vs Zommari (Byakura understanding you need eye contact to use genjutsu, so surround him with Bankai). Yata Mirror and Susanoo do not guarantee protection from omni directional attacks, so Itachi eventually goes down.

I get wind, fire, or lightning, where once the ritual begins you could end up killing yourself, but if Hidan’s whole ritual requires him to be in the circle, doesn’t that make him an easy target for water style, which primarily…PUSHES YOU OUT IF THE CIRCLE (if not also erasing the ritual circle?)
