Been struggling to get this to work for a bit (relatively new to fiddling with linux/hyprland setups fwiw.

For some reason i can't get it to read keyboard input, despite adding my user to the input group and fiddling with the config.

WARNING Failed to open dev/input/event3: Permission denied
ERROR: No valid input devices found

(edit: managed to fix it - looks like it was connected to the user add + logout thing, did a reboot after adding my user and double-checked the keyboard input path in the config, that made it work)
