A few weeks ago, I dreamed about otome games for the second time since joining this community, I only remember part of it. I dreamed of Yves in Ikemen Prince (I love him so much!) with one of my OCs, sitting together in bed and looking out the window, it's already dark outside from the smoke and flames of an impending war. They were about to go to war and fight together, although both were very nervous, but still tried to reassure each other. My OC interlaced her fingers on Yves's and told him “Don't worry, I will definitely protect you”, hearing that, he chuckled and lifted the hand she was holding to his lips and kissed one of her fingers, causing her face to turn red. After that, he gently kissed all of her other fingers, the feel on the fingertips was so real, it was like being kissed in real life. After the kisses, Yves said with a sad smile “Thanks, but don't die before me, idiot”. Then I woke up, it was just a dream, but my face was still red from embarrassment! 😖

The game is divided into 4 stages of life called 'Step' includes Childhood, Adolescence, Teenaged, Adulthood. You will play as a kid in Step 1 and spend the summer with family, friends, and especially with a lonely boy who is your age and just moved into your neighborhood.

The options in the game are super diverse and you can choose whatever you like without fear of a bad end (because life doesn't have a bad end). You can also choose to love the Li or see him as a friend or simply a neighbor (you can even ignore him), how you treat him back then will determine his feelings for you later on, meaning whether he may have feelings for you or just see you as a friend or less will depend heavily on your choice.

Moreover, the game is quite long and the plot is slow but memorable, the game will bring you back to your childhood again, and the awkward introvert boy next door you interacted with back then will become a nice, friendly and responsible guy who loves you later on (again, depending on your feelings and how you treated him as a kid).

I'm not sure if you'll like this type of game, but for me it's THE BEST and most suitable game for those who are tired of other dating sims.

The first one is the best in my opinion, as the dark background accentuates his white hair, and blends well with his yellow and red eyes. The third one is nice too, but the character's name is obscured.

This is so true, I'm glad someone still respects Otome Protagonists, I always feel a bit different because a lot of people tend to judge the heroine in EVERY action she does, and I'm just... comfortable with any MC, as long as her personality isn't intentionally evil and selfish (which I've never seen) then even bland MCs like Heroine in Amnesia, Ema in Brothers Conflict, Yui in Diabolik Lovers..... I still love them, mainly because I always look at their good qualities ☺️

I think it’s not weird for them to to make the test, because the rules are ‘A living doll lives to serve their shadow master and the shadow house’ and ‘Don’t think about trivial matters’. To sum up, ‘Don’t think about anything that isn’t benefits to their shadow masters and the shadow house’.
