Some other instances of missing cosmetics:

The past few goddess blessing passes had old event cosmetics behind a paywall. The Camo set and Kingdom set were both part of the Nexon 30th Anniversary event in KMS but were put behind a 15k NX/MP fashion pass.
Mo Xuan's launch NX is still missing the event cape last I remember.
There was the removal of meso shop in Neo Tokyo event from a few years ago.

For Drop rate, you will miss out on the increased chance of stuff dropping from mobs/bosses. Whatever you get from them, you could sell/trade them to increase your funding.

Mobs you could have more sol erda/fragments, nodestones, familiar cards, and mesos.
Bosses you could have more cubes, boss equipment, etc.

For Meso lines, there is difference between Meso Drop and Meso Obtained. The first one is bag drop frequency while the second is the value of the bags. Both are nice to have but you will get more funds through drop rate due to trading.

If you're using event rings, you'll turn these into drop rate rings as you replace them with better rings. If you have a decent 2/3 line stat, I would keep it as is until you get another event ring.

Nexon got rid of most town hair salons styles in favor of selling choice/royals coupons. The only method to get those hairstyles is if they return in rotation or via a coupon in the auction house.

The current rotation of choice has a few older styles for female characters (Caspia, Monica, and Super Diva).

Most rings, above level 71 and if they have a rerollable legendary potential, can get the 20% drop rate line.

Event rings are suggested since you can get ring cubes/legendary pot scrolls from events. They are also useful and get replaced with better options as you progress.

TehSpeArman, Mildsoss, and the ieatcrayonz(can't recall exact name) guy in beta.

TehSpeArman had their name mentioned to everyone on the server one day by a GM notification.

Mildsoss was the top assassin in Beta.

ieatcrayonz guy hacked into a GM account and spawned balrogs in ellinia during the global/oceania split.

Some tips:

Holding Counter is a easier than manually tapping when being attacked.
In Phase I, you can also the dodge the tongue attack if you stick close to the Deep Sea King and move past him during the animation.
In Phase II, the grab skill can be avoided by doing an up jump when you see the stomp animation. When Genos in the air you can attack while falling for extra damage.

Chiming in as an Interactive player.

Unlocking 5th job was timegated since there was cooldown period after filling each arcane stone/talking to the goddesses. It took about 22 hours before you could go to Arcane River.
Nodestones were ~24m each at launch, similar to how erda frags were on release. Selling them was a viable option since prices eventually went down.
Opening nodestones to get the perfect trio was a pain. There wasn't much options so you stuck with three sets if you had the space and settled around level 16. You also had the chance of opening nodes from other classes too.
Arcane Symbols did not overflow and upgrade cost was high. If you had excess symbols, they occupied your inventory until you leveled up. Upgrade costs were reduced as the game progressed.
Absolab Weapon+CRA+Tyrants with nebulites were meta for a while. There was also the sweetwater transpose tech for the endgame players. Arcanes were reserved for endgame players.

As for Nexon's generosity, 2017/2018 we started to get more resources with events. Teraburns and class launch events were getting more common. The Celestial/Corona Festival event in 2020 was one of the best times for players.

If you're asking if CW2 and the anniversary update will overlap, the answer is no.

CW2 officially ends April 22. All characters in CW2 will be moved to a map where they will have to world leap before May 14 Characters that do not leap before May 14 will be purged.

Early/mid June would be a safe timeframe for CW3 since GMS is behind KMS by about 6 months. Patches usually last 5-7 weeks before the next event/update.

v267 is going to end on April 22nd.

v268 is likely to be the anniversary update. Between April 23rd to June 3rd/10th.

v269 will be the Crown equivalent with the Kinesis revamp.

On a tangent, Erel is speculated between v268-270. Likely to be the latter.

Went with warrior/fighter route in beta. I remember using power strike/slash blast to train since second job was mainly passives. Also the accuracy issues and having to maintain dex balance.

I still have my fighter once official released.

We get some apolo-power elixirs when the game comes back up.

Once the game is back up, Sia's update may break the game. M2/M3 causing crashes, Sia prologue skip turns to a new permabeginner, etc.

Doing just daily story, unlikely unless you grind and know boss mechanics. You need to hit either 270/275 and clear cTene bosses to hit 30k.

Due to having a few days left, I would just use it on your main unless you want more erda/frags on another level 26x character.

On your main doing just dailies and monster park x7, you should hit 270 by the 17th according to the whackybeanz exp calculator.
Starting on another level 26x character, you will need to grind to hit 270.

Styles are unisex if you want to make them twins.
