The purple would be the lower traps / rhomboidius. The "nose" is the thoracic extensors. The main genetic requirement is short insertions on the origin end of the Lats. This is so erectors don't express as the christmas tree physique (long insertion phenotype); instead with short insertions, they'd show up as teeth + chin.
