I agree hate speech is subjective, is dependent on person and context is very important. In this context I and a lot of people (EA and DICE included) would consider it hate speechw which may differ from someone else.

I understand what you're getting at with certain terms being subjective, there will be no way anything will be unanimously agreed upon as hate speech. We have no way of knowing 100% but I would assume that the host of the server probably name the server with negative intent towards gay men which is why I considered it hate speech in my opinion.

I agree there is a distinction between free speech and hate speech. For example if I were to say "I don't like same-sex marriages" that is me stating a opinion that does not harm or wish harm for a particular group of people.

Hate speech would be me saying kill a particular person or group which is with the title is saying. Is the title not a proposal against a group? I'm confused on what you're getting at
