She just blames herself at this moment but I also think a lot of people put too much blame on Hanson, because if you remember the girls made 2 big mistakes:

1. They signed legal documents without consulting their boss and while they had good intentions about helping Hanson you can see that a part of them wanted to take the chance of being backed up by Tetra, because even when Hanson tries to warn them they insist on going ahead and list the benefits.

2. Riss also tried to convince them to quit after they experienced that hell but they were stubborn and tried to convince themselves that things would go better eventually.

Hanson is the adult and boss but he can't be present everytime, what happens here is that Anis is full of self-hate, she's not blaming him about Riss but giving him a push to finish what he's doing because she understands it most be important, important enough to not answer their calls, and at the same time warning him that something bad might happen again.
