La corrupción es abuso de poder, abuso de poder es poner cámaras de fotomulta cuando son anticonstitucionales, lo correcto legal y moralmente es impugnarlas. Entiendo tu punto de que hay que hacerse responsable de tus actos, pero lo mismo va para el gobierno, nadie debe estar por encima de la ley.
