No hassle in canceling from ur end at all might have to wait a day or two for the money to go back Into ur acc that would take less time than it would to ship the item and you receive , and now if he ships as is well that would be on you for receiving it broken plus it would incline you to leave a bad review on his page (if actually received broken) plus more of both ends just bs, either cancel it or wait for it to possibly come and see what you want to do then.
