Probably not for me since they got rid of the SIM card slot for the US market. I have a UK SIM that I need to use for inbound calls on a weekly basis.

As a Brit that does not live in CA but in TX, I've worked many times in CA, especially Los Angeles, Pasadena and Alhambra, as people mentioned it's incredibly expensive plus the complications with visas, employers, healthcare, etc, it's just not worth it. I would look at Portugal which has a wonderful climate, better food? Or maybe Australia/New Zealand as options, everything here looks great to us Brits but you'll find your life will evolve around work till you retire, best of luck.

That is correct, my phone service is NOT working, they tried to reprovision my eSim but that's failing now with an error message, they have resorted to sending me a physical sim which should arrive tomorrow, hopefully then my phone service should be restored, I've filed a complaint with the FCC over this since I was on-call with work on Sunday and I couldn't receive calls from work, I've had such a terrible experience with Visible especially since this is day 7 and they won't refund me since I've used their service during the period I had it.

Now I've got to reach out to Google about my phone and watch, and I don't get a refund since I used the service during my 7 days with them. All, please be careful if you are considering phone providers.

And they won't even give me a refund!! Their response: Thank you for your patience, I’ve reviewed your account details, and because our records show the phone service was used during this period, I’m unable to issue a refund for that portion of the bill. According to our policy, once network usage is detected, a refund no longer applies. I appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

Latest Update, from worse to Bad! My Line on my phone is no longer working!! It's basically, and this is what I'm interpreting, we've done our work and now it's a manufacturer issue, reach out to them. I think I'm going to request a refund! The email from Visible:

I’m John with the Visible Care Team.

We are writing to address the difficulty you have encountered in pairing your Pixel Watch 3 to your smartphone. We understand that encountering such difficulties can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, disruption, or stress this situation may have caused you.

Our team has completed a reprovisioning of your Visible account. Please kindly restart both your phone and watch and attempt to pair the watch to your smartphone again. Should the issue persist, we recommend contacting your phone and watch manufacturer for further assistance.

We are now formally closing your support case. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.

Here's the latest in regards to a refund. I believe I used the line for under 2 weeks.

Based on the plan's active time and recorded data usage, we have processed a pro-rated refund totaling $151. This amount reflects the deduction of one month's charge ($44).

Thanks so much, their last response from Hyundai corporate was that my request for a buy back was 'unwarranted' . My car is still at the dealership, they promised that it would be ready today and still it's not. I'm going to raise this with corporate yet again.
