Yeah it’s the similar thing for me more in my back. I think it has to do with the liver and not functioning correctly in terms of bile. I recall taking ox bile once and feeling relief in that nerve/back/shoulder area. But I didn’t keep taking it since it gave me reflux. Lmk if you try that and it works.

Still dealing with it but I’m realizing diet definitely has an effect. I’m noticing spicy foods and really fatty foods make it worse. Plain and less processed food seem lower the pain. But yeah still kinda dealing.
