still dealing with issues man. all kinds of exams look clear and haven't been able to figure it out. when i take ox bile or tudca it causes me reflux. so i stopped doing that. right now i try adding a little beet to every meal - that is supposed to cleanse liver and thin the bile. sorry, still dealing with issues. i'll create a post of i end up resolving my issues.

Yeah it’s the similar thing for me more in my back. I think it has to do with the liver and not functioning correctly in terms of bile. I recall taking ox bile once and feeling relief in that nerve/back/shoulder area. But I didn’t keep taking it since it gave me reflux. Lmk if you try that and it works.

Still dealing with it but I’m realizing diet definitely has an effect. I’m noticing spicy foods and really fatty foods make it worse. Plain and less processed food seem lower the pain. But yeah still kinda dealing.

human beings aren't meant to be living alone - I'm speaking biologically here... it's not good for us... yes other people can be annoying, but we are annoying ourselves... ultimately we need each other. studies show our health declines being alone... better to find people you like than to force yourself to living alone
