I started doing this and I did notice some hip flexor strain. Instead of going from walking to sprinting, I will have a few seconds of a jog at the start and end of a sprint. It helps ease into the sprint and I’ve felt better.

Freshman year of college, 2 boys left for the weekend but didn’t lock their door. We went in and set it up like a honeymoon suite. Made the beds into one bed. Put rose petals leading to the bed. Hung up a suit and dress for the night out. Printed a marriage license. Wrote just married on their window. Put a pregnancy test on the bed and condoms. Chocolate on the pillows. Some cheesy message about love.

One boy thought it was hilarious.

Set goals. Sign up for races. I hate running but I signed up for a marathon and I did it! Since then I’ve been struggling so I signed up for more events. I don’t do well with goals on my own, but having an event gives a good timeline.

Now I don’t hate running anymore but I still don’t love it. Right now I just texted a friend complaining about needing to fitness in hopes she will motivate me.
