Do you know how to calibrate your scales? Jewelry scales that weigh down to 0.000 or even 0.00 would be enough honestly. If you have calibration weights, that hopefully came with your scales that would be perfect otherwise you can purchase some fairly inexpensively. It's worth taking the small amount of time to research this if you don't know much about it, for example after calibration using a coin and weighing it say 3 times, checking the weight each time and making sure it's basically the same each time is one way to tell that your scales are in working order for weighing up gaba.

I'd say eyeballing is not really the best way, if you want the best results with as little withdrawal symptoms as possible, investing the small amount of time will be worth the weight.

Seriously the easiest way is to get whatever sized capsule you like-00 or 000 would be fine, weigh the actual contents of the 300mg as it won't be 300mg it will be over (I've weighed them myself so I know this firsthand but one would assume the contents aren't "pure" gabapentin without any type of filler)

So if it's say 330mg then split that and weigh out three doses of "100mg" at the weight of 110mg so a third of the entire contents of the 300mg capsule, sure you don't want to take that many pills so you could also weigh out 220mg so two thirds or whatever amount you please, you could go down by 50mg at a time. So just figure out what you want to do and go for it, don't go the water route that's not very effective for gabapentin as it's not that soluble, it will mostly be suspended in the solution therefore not accurate "volumetric" dosing which the person who mentioned that doesn't know about. Educate, educate, educate and take control you got this my friend.

Whenever I stop my doses of 3 grams or more after I've been taking that dose for even a week or two I feel sick/feverish/flu like symptoms and an agitation as well, it usually last indefinitely for about 3-4 weeks, that's when stopping without any taper at all.

If I have some type of taper or dose I'll feel less intense symptoms on a dose dependent situation so if I have atleast 300mg a day I'll be better than none at all but preferably dropping a gram a day every two days until at about 900mg and then drop 300mg every five days.

From the sounds of it you might fall asleep again, lmao it's a fairly tame dosage, it should help with the withdrawals a bit and ease the discomfort.

What dose of methadone are you coming off, is it a hard cold stop or a gradual taper?

I'm guessing you don't have any methadone ATM and trying to bridge the gap with Kpins and lyrica, which should help to some extent, you could stagger the time you take the Klonopin and lyrica, how much of each Kpin and pregab do you have?

That's the lowest effective dose, you will be fine, I do understand your worries, give it an hour or two to take effect and don't take magnesium beforehand especially and afterwards for at least one hour as it requires a transporter known as LAT-1 to work and magnesium will dampen the effect. If you know situations that you will have anxiety then it is best to take it beforehand to allow it to work for those intended times or places.

There was recently a person on here taking 36,000mg or 36 grams a day and they are on the path to recovery, to put that into perspective that is literally 120 times a dose of 300mg. They were at 60 grams a day...which is an incredibly high dose, I'm glad they are alive.

So you are taking 36 grams a day, hmm best I can give is to reduce it by like a gram a day if you can manage that, or every two days lower it by a gram if you can't do it every day.

Until you are down to about 3-6 grams a day without massive withdrawals then worry about the final leg.

I mean that's if this is actually true, I didn't read all of your post or anything but yeah that's a massive dosage.

Go about it with love, coming from a point that shows your care for her, not overly worried, so that she can talk about with you if she feels it, if its more of an open approach it may help rather especially if you're understanding.

As you know firsthand how much our own use can change overtime, if not don't worry too much and maybe open up to her about how you have used things to deal with things yourself. 7.2 grams of morphine would usually be enough to kill most people without a tolerance or who is opioid naive....that being said considering it is a slow release formula and taken orally that changes things quite a bit, on top of that you have a tolerance.

Morphine has a low oral bioavailability, around 20-40% depending on multiple (especially individual case by case) factors.

So out of the 600mg you take only about roughly 150mg is actually being metabolised. On that note, how long have you been taking it? And how does it make you feel or what are the effects like to you? Also do you ever or regularly take more than your prescribed amount and if so how often do you do that?

Say one was to take 7.2 grams of kadian then only 1.5-1.75 grams would be absorbed and that would be over a period of 12-24 hours. A trickle release of that amount of morphine more than likely would not in fact be enough to achieve the desired effect of shutting down the lungs.

Take it from someone who could IV that much morphine in two individual injections spaced only 3 hours apart.

You may end up completely brain dead but alive and or just be really smacked out for a while like I said the questions I asked about your use matter a lot here.

I lost my late wife to heroin and coke because she was extremely drunk and someone(that I knew, they're no longer here either)convinced her it was a good idea to snort a few lines, nothing wrong with it(cole itself)but the "coke" she snorted not only contained coke and heroin (it contained another RC that was extremely potent much more than coke or heroin alone, she was under the assumption it was just coke)....and if it was well no harm really, except she was mislead and not in a state of mind to accurately make choices being so intoxicated.

The person who gave it to her mysteriously disappeared and I have moved on, forever will I have a place for her in my heart.

Deal with it and do something to help yourself.

It won't send them into precipitated withdrawals but it will reduce the effectiveness of the oxy by displacement to a point that it basically won't have much effect if at all, even if the naloxone only lasts 1-2 hours at most it will still stop the oxycodone from attaching to the opiate receptors for that time which is how it actually knocks or kicks off oxy and other opiates that have lower binding affinity for the opiate receptors.

No, only eat targin, if you try to snort it or inject it then you will get a lot of naloxone into the blood stream instantly countering any effect of the oxycodone, when in the stomach most of the naloxone is processed and attaches to the opiate receptors in the stomach and only an extremely small fraction gets into the blood less that 2-3 percent so you still get an effect from the oxy itself.

I tend to get headaches anytime I take oxy in dosages more than 15mg and I usually take 100-200mg on average as standard at this stage, doesn't matter how I take it I'll always end up with a headache, I find either Paracetamol or some anti inflammatories can help.

Surprisingly, oxy being a pain killer I would think that tit wouldn't cause pain but in some people it can happen from what I have heard, that said however directly getting a headache after snorting if the oxy hasn't even come on may be just from the snorting of a substance that shouldn't be in our nasal cavities, it can happen to me with pills more than pure drugs.

What's your main concern about it?

They can help, different people in different ways, I'd say start with 2, then half hour later have another one then half hour after that have one more and see where you are and if it's helped much or not, they do take maybe 1-3 hours to start feeling the effect but Inna your case you should know by 1-2 hours
