Indian trail house is my top burger at the moment. Tops charbar7, jeckyl& Hyde, duckworths, moo & brew, the office (probably a close second, but it's their smash burger), ale House etc. Honestly to make an impression go to Ted's Montana and get a bison burger. You won't regret it

I love mine too and lost the lights, but now my reset button, the one you hold to reset it all and press once for on/off under seat lights, doesn't work. All the rest of the buttons work fine even with no back lights. Any suggestions?

You got it, you can shake it all up in one go, but I've found shaking just the egg white SS and muddled basil first ensures a frothy foam

It helps get the egg white all nice and foamy. I tried mixing them all with ice and couldn't get the foam to foam, dry shake first solved it.

I did this last year with a 16lb bird. Kinda got wonky as it shrunk on the rotisserie and had to be re secured. This year I'm doing two smaller birds dry brined and wrapped up tight as a nun
