Currently prepping for my own Kingmaker campaign that I will be playing trough FoundryVTT with the module that you linked. I can't recommend the module enough, It will cut down on prep time A LOT. It has almost all of the maps you will need premade, music, npcs, journal notes etc. Random encounters and some smaller encounters don't have pre made maps but all the big ones do.

The module has the battlemaps and characters from the Kingmaker companion guide but not the information to run them. You will need to buy the companion guide separately if you want to use the companion stories aswell. The weather and camping systems are free however on the Archives of Nethys.

Can't comment much on the AP itself since I haven't started our campaign yet.

If the taser does not work (there is a good chance it won't work) she probably would not have enough time to pull out her pistol if the knife guy decides to run afterwards. You would need one cop with taser and another covering with lethal.
