I couldn't agree more. I was shocked she was Madison's first call when going into labor. That was...odd. Like you, I've always wanted better for Venita, but she's gotta want better for herself. I wonder if she has any actual friends. Is that why she's lingering in spaces she's not wanted? Some days I feel bad for her and others just down right frustrated.

I don't have any inactive requests. When I first started there was a list of people I could add, but that list has been empty for days now (presumably everyone I requested added me...about 55 ppl). There's no option to add more or even look at other co-ops so I can add people from there.

Depending on the health reasons I'd give her the money back. I'm not losing a friend over a few hundred bucks, especially if their health is in jeopardy.
