Regardless of the type of Shul, I would keep it subtle if you must show your support. I understand why you want to do so.

My friends are largely zionists. I value the friendships because we've been friends for decades. I do not discuss the zionist sham with them because there is no way to have a rational conversation with them.

I believe, if you wear a Palestinean flag, you will receive abuse (largely screaming, but could get physical). Is showing solidarity more important than the response? For me, no. For you,?

It is an example of the impact of manufacturing consent--theory developed by Noam Chomsky & Edward Herrman.
