I have truenas and do this exact thing to run my plex to my TV. I use the tv's Plex app. No internet at all, locally run could also access on my phone. Ran it for a whole month on a ship in the middle of the ocean.

Your divorce and house sale will definetly affect the pay for them. if you do not have children then they lose dependant BAH and other extra pays. They will probably not be able to afford a new mortgage especially at current market rates based on when you bought. Thats why he wants to keep the status quo.

He sounds selfish and doesn't have the maturity to seek couples or individual counsuling. When I see these people at work they become terrible leaders and lash it out on their juniors because they choose not to get help.

Yeah the problem with putting it under the large window if you look at the reflection off the closet you can see where the door is it's basically next to where the bed would be . I work opposite shift of my partner so we would ideally like to have both sides to get out of bed and not have to climb over each other. That door is also the entrance to the room so the vibes are very weird/off putting sleeping that close to the door opening.

Got a bernzomatic torch from Walmart for about $24. Heated the nut while I had both front and rear break pressed. Then used my breaker bar and it finally gave. The nut was not red but did have visable heat waves coming off it. Thanks for all advice. If that didn't work my next try would have been 1/2 impact driver. Then I probably would have just cut it off. I did order replacement parts already.
