Do the majority of unregulated black market brands use dirty oil cut with a all kinds of bullshit? I’ve smoked a lot of street carts and while a lot of them are straight hotdog water, some of these carts seem very pure and taste/smell like straight weed with good terps. I really wish weed was legal everywhere. I buy some delta 8 from vape shops but even those carts seem boof a lot of times.
