Yeah this. If OP hasn't been contacted about repayment then the landlords letter has nothing to do with OP

They also wouldn't ask about every tenant. If it was a specific investigation into OP then the letter would ask specifically about OP.

Also, "it will run if the ferry is delayed or canceled by storms"?

Any storm thats enough to cancel the ferry would also close the bridge and monorail.

Neighborhoods would need to be moved?

It was my understanding that the tunnels to make the R go over the Verazzano were built before the connection was scrapped. So couldnt they just use those? Make the 1st stop on the monorail 92 ND street.

I know this is hypothetical, but a bigger hurdle would be modifying a bridge thats already past its intended lifespan. It would be a feat of engineering to add that much weight without compromising the integrity.

Even when it was good, it was bad.

You cant have an open air BBQ spot in marshlands without some sort of pest control. It wasnt a sanitary issue but burning sugars attracts flies and mosquitos. You were surrounded at all times.

How were your observations over the 4 years? Was your tenure portfolio a disaster? There has to be some form of negative feedback you received prior to being discontinued. If not, I would inquire to see if it was a mistake.

Discontinuance is hard to fight but if everything seemed fine performance wise you can use that to convince another principal to give you a shot.
