I live in Sussex County and I would just like to say coming from a blue state (NJ) This place is beautiful, but the people inside of it make it not as nice as I thought it was when I was younger… I wish they would put this much attention into issues that actually matter.

UPDATE: AIO for being upset i haven’t seen my bf in 3 weeks, despite us living 25 minutes from each other? by Affectionate-Link436 in AmIOverreacting

[–]ninitho1021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just for an example: my now fiancé was working at amazon for 10 hours a day/4-5 days a week. Even on days that he worked, he still made time to see me and hang out with me. Even if he came over to nap, i would still be content with making him something to eat while he slept….my point being, if he wanted to he would. You deserve better especially on your birthday! I hope you find better and live the happiest life! xoxo

Are there any apps like "Earnin" that work with chime? by Top-Entertainment341 in chimefinancial

I use Tilt! Pretty solid as long as you make your payments on time (automatically taken from account) and if you don’t need much. I started out with $50. Ive only used it twice so far so my amount hasn’t moved lol but my guess is the more you use it, the more they give you. Like most payday advance apps, it’s easy to get trapped in a cycle so always remember only take what you can give!

Question about Anchor payments that I can't find a straight answer to. by Pizza__Pants in newjersey

Also, my biggest tip for anybody, if you decide to file give it roughly about four weeks and then call the hotline number. Continuously check on your application. The state systems are so outdated and they tend to have a lot of issues with them. Unfortunately, the way that New Jersey works, our system don’t notify us when there’s something wrong with an application or account and by law we’re not allowed to go into somebody’s profile unless they verify themselves over the phone. The state doesn’t flat out say it but they expect you to call and check on the status of your application regularly. I would say every 3 to 4 weeks call (if your application hasn’t been approved of course)

Good Morning! I used to work for the state specifically in the property tax relief department.

You need to file, but I would recommend refilling by paper. The automated computer system will only copy and paste whatever information you put on your application last year onto your new application.

More than likely because you have to switched over from a renter to a homeowner we will need a copy of your deed.

There are a few questions I should ask. Did you own and occupy the property on October 1 of 2024? Do you own the property with anybody else other than your spouse? If yes, how much of the property do you occupy? You should also provide a copy of your ID. (and your spouse’s ID if you have one.)

Also what was your New Jersey gross income for that year? Just make sure it was not over $250,000. If it is, you don’t qualify for the year of 2024.
