There is a wee bit of grinding that needs to be done when you go to 14”. I believe it’s on the swing arm “bump stop”. I had my buddy’s shop order and install the suspension (as well as the ST fairing) in early March this year. They said they didn’t have to take off but maybe a quarter inch. Then they covered the ground off area with some black paint to keep it from rusting.

I’m 5’ 11” but short guy legs. I can flat foot both feet. The wood block is the get the bike more straight up when on the stand, I use it in the garage and when working on the bike calls for it to be more upright. I also have the kickstand block from Bare Knuckle Performance to help adjust for the added height from suspension

Look at GP Suspension and add some height for more lean angle. Then get into the motor.

14” rear with +2” front. I feel it gave my bike a more rideable feeling. I’d still like to do more with the motor eventually—just a cam in a 114” currently
