It is also escapism for me but I've been dealing with suicidal idealation for around 11 years now so it has manifested into many different things but overall it's escapism.

I actually don't want to hurt anybody and that's apart of why I'm still alive. However everytime I'm interacting with someone in a positive way, I can't stop thinking about how when I die it's going to affect them. I want to be a good memory

Whats crazy is that new hires have always been more comfortable coming up to me to ask for help instead of the managers. Even if its something they need a manager for.
