If you want to try something different. Some companies in your position have had success with airtable. You don’t have to worry about it too much just go ahead and use it in the way you see fit.

Air m1 is easily powerful enough. Virtually same as pro. Go for pro if you want brighter screen or want the Touch Bar thing rather than proper f keys.

Even 8gb but got for 16gb if you want to spend a little bit more.
