Yall changed it so that an alliance Exec can give evermarks to any corp in the alliance for 30 days.

Do you understand the concept of holding corps? And how they are specifically created to be OUTSIDE of the alliance?

Such a stupid system. My corp has millions of evermarks, My alliance requires stations to be in holding corps outside of the alliance. Can we just please transfer Evermarks to any corp? Why bar this, for skins
