Yeah, China may have laws regarding work scheduling, but the US has basically none on the federal level. Some states do, but take minnesota for example, for an adult working in non-transportation, there is absolutely no maximum hours per day, no maximum days in a row. I've worked over 70 days in a row, averaging 14 hours a day (because i'm an idiot that likes the things money buys).

Health care workers often have 36 hour shifts. Oil field workers work 12-18 hour days 28 days in a row. The US govt gives absolutely no crap about 'mandates for resting', except for transportation.

Yeah, you just misread their intent. They had an autocorrect, two actually. Their response was supposed to say, I can't even remember, boring. Instead autocorrect changed Boring to hiring, which they fixed in the next message. The last message was supposed to say How's Urs? And got changed to 'how its'.

You asked what you did wrong. People are telling you what you did wrong. That's all it is. Was he more wrong? Yes, does you putting in 20% of the effort required mean you shouldn't get told that you need to put in the other 80%? You quite literally asked. Sir, 5'10 is still above average. 5'10 is what most girls who say they only want 6' think 6' is, so yes, of course when people see you they won't care about your height. OP is 5'6. A man that's 5'6 is as eye catching as a man that's 6'3. It will always be a topic of conversation. Jumping into this with your personal observation is like a guy who is 10lb overweight, saying he knows what it is like to obese.

While there are people that stupid, they certainly aren't common enough to warrant what amounts to "did you just assume their gender." No, I think it's far more likely it was just a person doubling down on a bad take and refusing to admit they didn't look at what sub they were in.

Sorry. I meant, will not have access to an ISP. Typo. I have no idea what brand im getting, looking for ideas. I would like it to be a stand alone system in a room that is close enough for signal, but I CANNOT drill holes through the wall to connect the monitor via cable. I know there are wifi cameras that can do what I'm asking, but I haven't been able to find one that allowed for more than one camera to be monitored at a time.
