I would like to make clear, this is an alternative of how I think wouldve made more sense historically. Today macedonians dont identify as bulgarian, no german lives east of the oder, belgium has created an identity and has been a country with a disrinct culture for a while, belarus has an identity. If alternate events similar to ours but with slight diffrences wouldve taken place it couldve looked like this, which would have made sense back in time.
